Goose Byte does not operate a separate customer database for website visitors. Personal information associated with this website is stored as follows:

  • In your browser: cookies (including your language preference and, if accepted, analytics cookies, and your cookie-consent preference) are stored on your device under the goosebyte.games domain.
  • Website hosting: our website is hosted by Hostinger. Server logs and website files are stored on Hostinger’s servers, which may be located outside Québec and Canada.
  • Analytics (only if you accept): Google Analytics data is processed by Google LLC, primarily in the United States.
  • Communications: if you email us, your message is stored in our email systems.

Your personal information could be communicated outside Quebec or Canada, where privacy laws may differ. In this case, we will endeavour to ensure that your personal information benefits from an equal level of protection, for example, using contractual measures. It is possible that law enforcement or national security agencies in those countries may access your personal information.
